Design & Approvals
Great design starts with clarity and purpose. At MOBH Design, we work closely with you from the very first conversation to understand how you live, what you need, and what you love — then we translate that into a home that’s uniquely yours.
We handle everything from initial concept sketches through to full Construction Certificate (CC) and Development Application (DA) approval with your local Sydney council. We know the approval process inside out, and we manage it so you don’t have to worry about paperwork, compliance, or council back-and-forth.
Whether you’re building a new custom home, adding a second storey, or doing a major renovation, we’ll make sure your design is both beautiful and approvable — on time and on budget.

Interior Design
A home isn’t finished at the walls — it’s the interior that makes it feel like yours. We bridge the gap between architecture and the way you actually live, creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
From kitchen layouts and bathroom finishes to colour palettes, joinery, lighting and material selections, we handle every detail. We work alongside you from day one, so the interior and exterior of your home feel cohesive — not like an afterthought.
We work with homeowners across Sydney including the Hills District, Blacktown, Parramatta, Penrith and the North Shore to create interiors that reflect your lifestyle, taste, and budget.

Project Management
Building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. We make sure it goes smoothly — from the moment your DA is approved through to the day you get your keys.
We act as your eyes and ears on site, coordinating builders, trades, and suppliers to keep your project on schedule and within budget. If issues arise (and they always do), we handle them before they become costly problems.
With us managing your project, you get the peace of mind that someone with your best interests at heart is overseeing every stage of the build — so you can focus on the excitement of your new home rather than the stress.
What’s included: Builder selection and tendering, construction monitoring, trade coordination, progress reporting, budget tracking, defect inspection.
